SHIPPING
Most orders ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification. A tracking number will be available on shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.
SHIPPING IN GREECE
We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 Euro within Greece. Shipping cost for all orders below 100 Euro is 5,00 Euro per order. The courier companies we are working with are ACS Courier and Elta. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-5 business days of its ship date, depending on your exact location.
SHIPPING TO CYPRUS
All orders to Cyprus have a flat shipping fee of 15 Euros.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping rate varies according to your Country.
Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
